It’s easy to become a Beauty Vault Member! Simply call Perfect Skin Center at 480-418-8277 to register your 12 month membership. There is a one-time registration fee of $50, and a monthly $199 Beauty Vault deposit from your credit card.
Each month the credit card you provided us upon registration will be charged $199. This payment will be deposited into your Beauty Vault account. Your accumulated funds never expire, and during your membership period you will receive top value from your exclusive Beauty Vault membership pricing. You can use your Beauty Vault funds for any Perfect Skin Center treatment or product. You can even use your funds for a Perfect Skin Center Gift Certificate.
If you want to purchase a Perfect Skin Center treatment or product that exceeds the funds in your Beauty Vault account, you will only pay the difference, while still receiving your exclusive Beauty Vault membership pricing.
Your Beauty Vault membership contract is for 12 months, but
you can cancel your membership anytime after the first six months of your contract. This will result in a cancellation fee of $199. Once your membership is cancelled, any of your remaining Beauty Vault funds can be applied towards the non-discounted purchase of any treatments or products offered at Perfect Skin Center. Your Beauty Vault membership automatically renews after 12 months, but you can cancel free of charge anytime after that. All cancellations must be done by e-mailing us at info@perfectskincenter.com
You can freeze your Beauty Vault membership for three months. Simply e-mail us at info@perfectskincenter.com stating you would like to freeze your membership, and for how long. Once frozen, you cannot apply your Beauty Vault membership discounts on any Perfect Skin Center service or product until you unfreeze your membership.
Your Beauty Vault discounts will be added to any specials or discounts that Perfect Skin Center offers anytime during your membership period.
You can apply your Alle, Aspire, or Xperience points to your treatments, thus increasing your savings.
