FAQs
The $299 Beauty Vault Tirzepatide Weight Loss Program and the $199 Basic Plan require a 12-month contract. Your Beauty Vault Slim & Sculpt Weight Loss Membership and the Basic Membership Programs will automatically renew after 12 months.
You can cancel any membership any time after the first six months of your contract for a cancellation fee of $299. Once your membership is cancelled, any of your remaining Beauty Vault funds can be applied towards the non-discounted purchase of any treatments or products offered at Perfect Skin Center. There is no cancellation fee after you complete the first 12 months in any of our Beauty Vault Programs. All cancellations must be done by emailing us at info@perfectskincenter.com
You can freeze your Beauty Vault Membership for three months and you can still use your funds. Simply email us at info@perfectskincenter.com stating you would like to freeze your membership, and for how long. Once frozen, you cannot apply your Beauty Vault Membership discounts on any Perfect Skin Center service or product until you unfreeze your membership.
